We do not host user files
It is worth stating plainly: Toolbench stores no user-submitted files. The tools run entirely in your browser, so there is no upload, no library, no shared link and no repository of anyone's content. There is nothing here to take down.
This page therefore covers the material we do publish — the articles, guides, images and code on this website.
If our content infringes your copyright
If you believe something published on this site infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to hello@example.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL on this site where the material appears
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to infringing material where the claim is substantiated.
Counter-notice
If material of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.
Repeat infringers
We take copyright seriously and respond to substantiated claims. Please do not send notices in bad faith — misrepresenting infringement carries legal consequences under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
